1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vexilla AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Vexilla AI is an AI-powered life execution system that generates personalised roadmaps and daily tasks to help users achieve their goals. The app includes Phase 0 which is free for 7 days, and paid subscription plans for continued access beyond Phase 0.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vexilla AI. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using the app.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at ceo.vexilla.ai@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Phase 0 is free for 7 days for all users
• Continued access after Phase 0 requires a paid Vexilla Mode subscription
• Subscriptions are available monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple App Store and Google Play's respective refund policies

6. Proof of Execution

• Users submit text or photo proof of task completion for AI verification
• Deliberately submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent proof is a violation of these terms
• We reserve the right to flag or suspend accounts with consistently fraudulent submissions

7. AI-Generated Content

• Tasks, roadmaps, and assessments are generated by AI based on information you provide
• AI-generated content is for guidance and motivation purposes only
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements from using Vexilla AI
• AI assessments reflect the information you provide and may not be fully accurate

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fabricated proof of task completion
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or game the AI verification system
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Use the app to harass, harm, or exploit other users

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, technology, and intellectual property in Vexilla AI is owned by Exento AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content without written permission from Exento AI.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vexilla AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exento AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Vexilla AI, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at ceo.vexilla.ai@gmail.com.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Vexilla AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
